Speaking: 2º parte

Sigo con el desarrollo de interacciones de inglés para preparar el examen oral de 2º de Básico. En esta entrada me voy a centrar en “Holidays, trips and airports”

You want to go on holiday with your partner this summer. Discuss where you can go. These are the options you have:

– Good evening. How are you? Long time no see!
– Yes, it is true. What are you doing this summer?
– Nothing special. Why are you asking it me?
– Because we could go on holiday together.
– It’s a good idea to spend time together! Where do you suggest going on holiday?
– There are several options. I’ve got a brochure here.
– Let’s see! A cruise on a boat… I like it!
– I don’t like me, all day sunbathing. It’ll be boring!. I prefer a safari holiday in Kenya.
– It’s dangerous and very expensive. I’m not conviced me. We should go to mountains.
– Whithout a city close? No, no, I hate being isolated.
– Well, we are left with the holidays in Egypt. What are you thinking about?
– I like it would to be right. I love Egypt. I have always wanted to go there. What about you?
– I don’t mind travelling to Egypt. It’s also the cheapest place. We can sightsee, we can sunbathe, we can go shopping, and we can do a cruise on the Nile. It has it all!
– Yes, I think it is the best choice. We’ll have a great time. When are we going to there?
– In July… Wait! It’ll be really hot in July. In September?
– I can’t. I’m going to work a lot in September. In August?
– No, August is hotter than July.
– I agree with you. How about going in October?
– It’s fine. Could you book the trip?
– No problem, right now!
